The school operates from 5 containers - 2 classrooms, 1 storeroom, 1 kitchen and 1 for toilets - use of a septic tank. The children get breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack, all cooking is done on gas.

There are two classes of 20 children in each with two teachers who finish their training this year and two cleaners / cooks and one gardener.

Philile School hopes to get three more containers sometime next year and train three more teachers so the amount of pupils can be increased to 100.
